4o1 is Curtin Dubaiโs Capture-The-Flag (CTF) club, meant for cybersecurity enthusiasts. Capture-The-Flag events are cybersecurity competitions that are composed of challenges in various related categories, where completion of a challenge is awarded with a โflagโ, and the aim is to collect as many flags as possible. Members of the club hence gain hands-on experience in the cybersecurity industry, often representing the university in near-weekly online and offline CTF competitions, thereby enhancing their skills and awareness on industry practices as a whole.
