This is a friendly reminder about our ongoing initiative under the Curtin Sustainability Campaign: the Table of Kindness. It’s a great opportunity to share books you no longer read and find new ones to enjoy.

Here are the details:

Registration and Drop-off:

Register Books: Register your books here: https://forms.office.com/r/WgmezaGxdb by Wednesday, 3 July 2024, 9 am.
Drop-off Time: Bring your books to the table on Wednesday, 3 July 2024, 10 am.

Event Location and Timing:
Location: Block 10, opposite the Curtin Life office
Dates: Wednesday, 3 July, to Thursday, 4 July
Time: 10 am to 5:30 pm.

How It Works:
Find Books: Look around your home for books that are in good condition, but you no longer need.
Bring and Exchange: Bring these books to the Table of Kindness and select books you find interesting.

Important Rules:
Donate Before Picking: To take a book, you must first donate one.
Genre Variety: All genres are welcome, including fiction, non-fiction, academic, and children’s books.
Restricted Genres: Please do not donate books from the following genres: explicit adult content, extremist materials, or any content promoting hate speech.
Condition: Books must be in good condition, with all pages intact, clean, and free of significant markings.
Leftovers: Take back any unexchanged books at the end of the event.
