Student Feedback.

The opportunity that Curtin Dubai and Dr. Khyati provided to us by hosting Ms. Heike’s guest lecture was wonderful. The talk gave us an idea about what makes someone a great and successful leader within a retail organization. The key takeaway from this lecture was the passion and drive that a good leader possesses. Without these qualities, success will not come your way. The speaker shared a lot of experiences and advice that will surely help as we enter the real world after our graduation. I surely hope to see more of her in the coming future.

“I’m so glad I was given the opportunity to attend Ms. Heike’s talk. I was incredibly inspired by her life, story of challenges, and success. As an aspiring businesswoman, I’ve noted her advice on being consistent, being open-minded and knowing that in every success, you are not alone. It is a learning process and one must treat everyone around them as a source of knowledge and inspiration. It was a short one-hour session with an abundance of information, and I hope to learn more from her if I get an opportunity again.”
